Refund policy

OVERVIEW

We want you to love your MODULE products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to purchases made directly through moduleskincare.com.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, unworn, with all original tags and in original packaging.
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@moduleskincare.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@moduleskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and personal care products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable, unless required by law.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements as outlined above.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
