ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods such as promotions or holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin processing the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer reliable domestic shipping options. Estimated delivery times are typically 1–4 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes up to 14 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs handling. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are not controlled by MODULE.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, contact us as soon as possible at info@moduleskincare.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a suitable solution.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
