How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes, however in most cases your order is being fulfilled in one of our warehouses within minutes. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a solution.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot always be returned. However, if something is wrong, contact us and we will assess your case fairly.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a refund.
How do refunds work?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and can take up to 14 days.
